Happy Mother’s Day! Whether you are a mother, grandmother, aunt, or you pour into children around you, today is your day. We are blessed to be surrounded by great mothers who love and care for us dearly. We are incredibly blessed because not only do they love us dearly they love every child we have ever brought into our home as one of their own. I wish I could include the sweet pictures of our foster child in this post.

“Grandchildren are the crown of the aged, and the glory of children is their fathers.” Proverbs 17:6

When Grandma said she wanted pictures for Mother’s Day we were more than happy to make that happen. We went to Bay Front Park in Daphne Alabama. This was a perfect location because the kids who were not in the picture could play in the sand. We also bribed with ice cream (sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do). We all had so much fun, the weather was incredible especially for May in South Alabama. The high was only 70.

“Only take care, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things that your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. Make them known to your children and your children’s children” Deuteronomy 4:9

We are so thankful for moms who have paved a legacy of faith for us and for our children. “Grandma” thank you for your love for the Lord and for sharing that love with so many others.  We are truly blessed to call you Mom, Grandma, Camille!
