Josh contacted us several months ago to discuss capturing his proposal at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear. We set up a Zoom meeting because he is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was evident how excited he was from our first meeting. A few weeks later Josh and his mom met us at The Grand Hotel to walk to property and choose the perfect location for the proposal.

The Grand Hotel is a very popular place for weddings this time of year and we didn’t want anything to interrupt his plan. We sent several emails to local planners and to the Grand Hotel to make sure the location we had planned would be clear that day. We didn’t want to be in anyone else’s way and we didn’t want to run into any unknown issues the day of.  Needless to say it was absolutely amazing. The light was a photographers dream, the weather was incredible and our plan went perfectly.

April’s reaction was precious. We got to do a mini engagement session with them right before Josh took her into the restaurant where he had her family and friends ready to surprise her. It was so sweet to watch her take everything in. Josh and April we are so excited for you guys. Thanks for allowing us to play a small part in such a special time in your lives.
