A Wooden Hanger!  Most of the time wedding dresses are hanging on a plastic hanger. A wooden hanger will support the weight of your dress much better and it looks great in your photos!

Rings, jewelry and any heirlooms! It’s tradition for the best man to hold the rings but we like for you to have them together so we can photograph them all in one place. Your rings will help support each other and we think this is a beautiful picture of marriage. Also if you have a velvet ring box make sure to have it with you so we can incorporate it into your details. It’s also a great idea to have your ring cleaned before the big day.  You will want to have all the jewelry you’ll be wearing and any heirlooms so we can document those items that are precious to you.

Bouquets and boutonnières!  The florist normally delivers all the flowers to the venue but we want to incorporate as many as we can in your details so having them delivered to your getting ready location is key to a beautiful gallery.

Full Invitation suite! Make sure to save us an unused invitation with all the pieces: envelope, invitation, rsvp card, map, stamps, etc.  Anything you are incorporating into the invitation, bring us a copy and we will make sure you have those memories!

Perfume bottle! This is a perfect way to incorporate the “something new” to your day. This way the scent from your wedding will always be a reminder of your special day!

All the smaller items can be placed in a manila envelope labeled “For my favorite photographers” and this way when we are finished we can deliver them back to you all in one place. This keeps everyone from having to stop what they are doing when we arrive to find everything. Lastly make sure your dress, your bridesmaids dresses and your shoes are steamed and ready. We love to have all your dresses together so we can photograph them before you put them on.
